AFD portal registration

  • Name as printed on front face of grocery canteen card
  • Card ID printed on front face of the grocery card
  • Employment status
  • Chip number printed on back of canteen card or printed on the grocery bill
  • Organization
  • Date of birth
  • Date of Enrollment/Commissioning
  • Date of retirement
  • Entitlement category* Serving & Retired (Armed Forces/Defence Civilians)
  • Pay Level
  • PPO/Discharge No. (Ex. Servicemen)
  • PAN number
  • Email
  • Mobile number

Step 2

Admin Approval for AFD Registration

Processing time : 1 Day - 4 Days

After All the documents are Uploaded in Step 1, Admin Approval will be provided from AFD Delhi Head Quarters in About one to four days based on the Traffic. Note: If Approval Not Done Text message will be sent asking for next action to the registered Mobile Number

Step 3

Vehicle Selection & Documents Uploading 

Documents required for Payment

Choose the required vehicle in Portal & add to Cart. Followed by Few Documents to be uploaded based on the Retirements
  1. Pan Card
  2. Pay level
  3. Availability Certificate - Given by Saran Motors after booking
  4. Vehicle Index Number - Given by Saran Motors
Based on the Categoury Below documents are also required.
  • Serving defence civilian
    1. Latest pay slip
    2. Service  Certificate
    3. Personal number (defence civilian)
    4. Permanent I'd card number(defence civilian)
  • Retired defence civilian
    1. Ppo
    2. Last pension slip (with showing account holder details)
    3. Personal number with suffix(esm and retired defence civilians)
  • Servicemen/Navy/Ex servicemen Navy/ Ex servicemen Army / Ex servicemen air force
    1. Ppo
    2. Last pension slip (with showing account holder details) Personal number

Step 4

AFD Vehicle  Payment (Ex-Showroom Price Only)

Multiple Payment Methods

  • Net Banking - Only from CSD registered Bank account Holder
  • Debit / Credit Card - Only from CSD registered Bank account Holder (Transaction charges applicable)
  • Bank Challan - Saran Motors will provide Challan - Customer has to visit the Bank Branch with Cheque & Challan

Note: If payment failed due to any reasons - remarks will be available in the AFD portal.

Step 5

Supply Order 

Processing Time 3 Days - 4 Days

After payment is completed AFD team will process for Supply order based on the traffic

Step 6

Purchase Order 

Documents Required for Purchase Order

CSD card holder  has to visit Scindia Canteen with below document Print Copies
  • Summary Sheet
  • Availabilty Certificate
  • Pan card Copy
  • Grocery Card
  • ID Card

Step 7

Vehicle Delivery Process

Documents required for Delivery

Vehicle will be delivered by providing below documents along with the balance payments
  • Purchase Order - Original & 2 Copies
  • Aadhar Card Copy
